For your safety, NURICLE products for personal use are not returnable or exchangeable except in some cases.
Return cases:
- If the product arrives damaged:
Contact the customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the shipment, and a picture of the damaged product and a picture of the shipping carton cover will be sent, explaining the damage and the order number. The customer has no right to claim after exceeding the return period

- Customer service team working hours on Saturday from 12 noon to 11 pm from Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 11 pm
Order cancellation and modification:
The customer can cancel the order if the order is not ready, otherwise the order cannot be canceled until it is returned to the warehouse and the customer bears the shipping fee of 19 riyals inside Saudi Arabia
And outside Saudi Arabia, the customer bears the shipping and return fees.
